About this category

General Unlocker Pro handles SIM and network unlocking through a software account, using a USB connection or USB over network. On Samsung, the tool has chipset-specific workflows for Qualcomm, Exynos, MediaTek and SPD, including direct unlock and selected EDL-mode operations.

🔧 Repair and unlock jobs

  • Network work: SIM/network unlock and carrier relock. Samsung updates list carrier relock for T-Mobile, MetroPCS and Verizon variants, and direct unlock for selected models.
  • Samsung device operations: FRP and KG removal, KG relock, KG status change, MDM removal and MCK reset. Some KG operations use EDL mode; others are listed for ADB.
  • Android maintenance: FRP removal, CSC changes, IMEI repair, certificate write, QCN read/write and APN repair.
  • Additional unlock support: LG and Alcatel SIM/network unlocking; MediaTek updates also list selected Vortex models.

📱 Connection and compatibility

Connect the handset by USB, or use USB over network where supported. Root is not required for the listed unlock workflows, and the tool provides driver downloads. The vendor lists Android 4–12 support. General Unlocker Pro V7.0.6.4 is the version shown on its download page; a specific PC operating-system requirement is not stated.

🔑 Account and credits

Some operations consume credits, with usage depending on the device. A new account is opened through a General Unlocker reseller; existing users work through their existing account. The packages above provide credits either for a new user or as a top-up for an existing user.
