Pandora handles phone servicing through chipset-specific connection modes, with MediaTek devices at its core. On a PC, select the device model in Pandora, connect the handset in the appropriate service mode, then run the required operation.

🔧 Repair and service work

Use Pandora to read device service information and network unlock codes, unlock networks, repair bootloops or damaged preloaders, back up and restore device data, work directly with memory regions, change bootloader state, format flash memory, reboot to service modes, and erase FRP. The software also provides access to firmware files.

📱 Chipsets and device support

MediaTek phones and tablets are Pandora’s main focus. Official software updates also document support for Unisoc devices and Qualcomm devices in EDL mode, as well as Samsung models using MediaTek chipsets. Supported models and operations depend on the selected device and connection mode.

🔑 Online digital licence

The digital licence works without a Pandora Box and is valid for one year. The existing-user option requires a Pandora user account; the new-user option is for a new user. Pandora software is run on a PC, with internet access needed for online licensing and server features. The documented Windows hardware requirements are for the box-based setup and are not stated as requirements for these digital licences.
