Infinity Online services IOS

Infinity Online Service (IOS) is the account layer behind Infinity-Box tools: it connects a technician to firmware and flash files, support downloads and server-based services. CM2, BEST and CDMA-Tool use the account alongside their box or dongle; CM2 Online|Digital users run the software with their IOS username and password.

🔧 Repair work and files

Infinity CM2 and BEST cover firmware upgrade and downgrade, code and password resets, filesystem formatting, app enable or disable, hardware-key and dump reading, and recovery methods for semi-dead or dead devices. The tools cover mobile phones, auto head units, smartwatches and IoT devices. The support area provides firmware, flash files, NVRAM backups, software updates and manuals. MTK and SPD SoC drivers are available for PC-side setup.

🔓 IOS credits and licences

Infinity Credits, also called logs, are account funds used for online services, software activations and support renewals. An existing Infinity product has an activated account; Dongle Manager can display its username and default password. An IOS account can also be used without owning an Infinity product. CM2/BEST support renewals extend support for one or two years.

💻 Setup

Use an active internet connection. For box or dongle installations, connect the device by USB and let Windows install it; the listed Windows versions are XP, Vista, 7, 8, 8.1, 10 and 11. CM2 Online|Digital is installed with IOS username and password. Extract protected downloads with 7-Zip.
