On the bench, UFI Box handles eMMC work directly; UFI Dongle runs UFI Android ToolBox for phone-side flashing, debrick and service tasks. Connect the appropriate hardware, open the relevant ToolBox tab, then work through eMMC, Fastboot, Intel, Qualcomm Sahara/Firehose or MediaTek modes as the job requires.

🔧 eMMC and Android jobs

  • eMMC: Read user data, BOOT1, BOOT2 and EXT_CSD; repair, resize, format, erase, write full data and update firmware. Supported chip brands include Samsung, SK hynix, Toshiba, Kingston and Micron.
  • Android ToolBox: Flash and debrick Intel, Qualcomm and MediaTek devices. Available workflows include Fastboot flashing, Qualcomm HSUSB 9008 recovery through Sahara or Firehose, and MediaTek flashing. The tool also provides partition read/write, backup and restore, factory reset, FRP and user-lock tasks, and IMEI repair functions.
  • Brand-specific examples: Intel debrick and IMEI repair include ASUS devices; Qualcomm 9008 debrick examples include Xiaomi and Oppo; MediaTek debrick examples include Meizu and Oppo. Listed credit-based services cover authentication, bootloader unlock and signed-IMEI repair for supported Nokia (HMD Global), Meizu, Xiaomi and Oppo operations.

🖥️ Setup and connection

UFI software runs on Windows; Windows 7 or later is recommended, with tested support listed from Windows XP SP3 through Windows 10. Connect the UFI Box or Dongle and the phone in the mode required by the selected task. Remote authentication requires an internet connection. Software versions from 2018 onward are downloaded through the UFI software shell.

🔑 Hardware, licences and credits

UFI Dongle works with UFI Android ToolBox and needs no additional activation. UFI credits are held in the account and used for specified authentication, bootloader-unlock and signed-IMEI services; the software’s Account menu shows available services and manages credit top-ups. UFS ToolBox is a separate setup: it requires UFI Box and UFI UFS-PROG, and its licence is activated once.
